1. General Overview

2. Cancellation Policy

  • a. Cancellation by User:
  • Before Course Access:
    • If you cancel your enrolment before accessing the course materials, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • After Course Access:
    • If you cancel your enrolment after accessing less than 10% of the course content within the first 7 days, you will be eligible for a 90% refund.
    • If you cancel after accessing more than 10% but less than 30% of the course content within the first 7 days, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • No refunds will be issued if you cancel after accessing more than 30% of the course content or after 7 days from the enrolment date, whichever comes first.
  • b. Cancellation by Company:
    • We reserve the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrolments or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, users will receive a full refund.

3. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be submitted through our customer support portal within the specified period.
  • Refunds will be processed based on the percentage of course content accessed and the duration since enrolment as outlined above.

b. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Courses purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer are non-refundable.
  • Any course for which the certificate of completion has been issued is non-refundable.
  • Refund requests for courses purchased through third-party vendors must be directed to the respective vendor.
  • Once your refund request is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.

4. Special Cases

  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course materials, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
  • In cases of exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, please contact our support team. We will review these cases on an individual basis and may provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.
