Online Self-Paced Courses
Refund requests for online self-paced courses must be received via e-mail or phone to nrichhracademy.com within seven (7) business days of the date of purchase. Due to state deadlines and frequent changes in course requirements, no refunds will be issued more than seven (7) business days after the date of purchase. Students requesting a refund after the seven-day refund period may receive a credit equal to the rupee amount of the original purchase to use toward the purchase of a future course. No refunds or credits will be issued if a student has logged into the course. No refunds or credits will be issued after one (1) year from the date of purchase. All credits must be used within 12 months of issue.
Online Instructor-Led Courses
Refund requests for NRich HR Academy online instructor-led courses must be received via e-mail or phone to enrich hr academy within seven (7) business days of the date of registration AND a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the course start date. After the seven-day refund period or less than three (3) business days prior to the start date, students may be given a credit equal to the rupee amount of the original purchase to use toward the purchase of a future course. No refunds or credits will be issued if a student has logged into the course. No refunds or credits will be issued after one year from the date of purchase. All credits must be used within 12 months of issue.
Live or Webinar Courses
Refund requests for NRich HR Academy live and webinar courses must be received via e-mail or phone to NRich HR Academy a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the course start date. No refunds will be issued less than three (3) business days prior to the start date. No refunds or credits will be issued after one year from the date of purchase. All credits must be used within 12 months of issue.
Webinar Subscriptions
All Webinar Subscription Sales are final. Purchasers are not eligible for a refund of unused package credits.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Live/Webinar Cancellation
NRich HR Academy reserves the right to cancel any live or webinar course before the start of the class. NRich HR Academy’s representative will notify registrants of cancellation via e-mail. Registrants will then be eligible for a full refund of the cost of the course or credit toward another course of equal or lesser value. No partial refunds will be issued. NRich HR Academy will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of the course.
Note: Live or webinar rescheduled class dates cannot be guaranteed and will be based on availability.
